The living room has a sofa bed (130x190), a recent and well-equipped open kitchen (washing machine 3.5kg, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, 3-burner induction hob, extractor fan, traditional coffee machine, toaster, kettle...). The loggia is integrated into the living room, with the table and its 4 chairs in front of the large window, a sideboard with crockery, and a small TV (French channels).

Not far from there, in the massif of La Clape, a protected natural heritage: the exceptional chasm of the Oeil doux offers a delightful spectacle not to be missed, with a beautiful view of the sea and the ponds in the distance.
